This problem also has a lot to do with pure aluminum, especially when the structure of composite PET / Al is more easily presented. A lot of "Crystal Point" or similar "bubble" phenomenon will be accumulated on the composite surface. The main reasons are as follows
Substrate: substrate surface treatment is not good, easy to produce pockmarks and bubbles; base material PE crystal point is too much and too large is also an important reason, as well as the leveling of glue, ink particles are coarse, will also produce similar problems in the combination.
Machine operation: solvent volatilization is not enough, composite pressure is not big enough, glue wire roller jam, foreign matter and so on will also produce similar phenomenon.
3. Bag making
The control point of the finished product process mainly depends on the flatness of the bag and the strength and appearance of the edge sealing.
In the process of bag making, flatness and appearance are difficult to grasp. Because the final technical level is determined by the machine operation, equipment and the operating habits of the staff, the bag is very easy to scratch in the finished product process, and there are some abnormalities such as large and small sides.
