Soft packaging with mouth refers to the installation (generally by heat sealing) of a hard mouth of low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) with a rotating cap on the soft packaging bag. The soft packaging bag has the function that the bottle packaging can be opened and closed repeatedly.

The existing composite film bags of various materials can be made into soft packaging bags with mouth by adding a hard mouth.

In general, the manufacturer will choose to install a hard mouth on the self-supporting bag, so that the soft package is more similar to the bottle packaging function and form, which is convenient for the user to use.

According to the installation position of the mouth, the soft packaging bag with mouth can be divided into two types: vertical installation bag with mouth and inclined installation bag with mouth. The vertical installation is to install the hard nozzle in the middle of the top of the bag. Its shape and function are similar to that of the general bottle packaging, and it is applicable to the packaging capacity of less than 1000ml. The inclined mouth installation is to cut the upper left corner of the packaging bag to a 45 degree angle, and install the hard mouth on the cutting surface, so that the mouth axis is 45 degrees with the bag axis. The shape and function of the soft packaging bag are similar to that of the general hard plastic barrel packaging, which is applicable to the packaging capacity of more than 500ml.

According to the shape of the plastic mouth installed on the bag, the soft packaging bag with mouth can be divided into long mouth type and short mouth type. The long mouth type refers to that the plastic mouth has a long straw besides the screw mouth sealing part and the heat sealing part. When the long mouth is installed in the soft packing bag, the straw part is inserted into the bag, so that the consumer can use the mouth to suck the liquid in the bag. This kind of bag is generally suitable for the use of liquid beverage food, but also for the automatic extraction of printing ink packaging. The short nozzle type refers to that the plastic nozzle has only two parts: the rotating mouth sealing part and the heat sealing part. After the nozzle is installed in the soft packaging bag, it is suitable for dumping or extruding to take out the package inside the bag. It can be widely used in the packaging of liquid, particle, powder and other types.

Soft packaging bag with mouth was born in Japan and Germany in the middle and late 1980s. With the development of the technology and equipment of self-contained bag making, the technology and equipment of automatic mouth filling and sealing machine, the packaging has been popularized all over the world since the late 1990s. 3. 4. The upper bag system is generally composed of a bag bin, a bag taking device and a bag delivering device, which is used to take out plastic bags from the bag bin and transmit them to the main transmission line.

5. Heat sealing system: the system is composed of multiple sets of heat sealing cylinders, which can complete spot welding and multiple heat sealing and cold setting functions.

When the automatic mouth sealing machine is working, it can automatically take out the plastic bag from the bag bin, transfer it through the transmission system at multiple stations, and successively complete the corner cutting, mouth pulling, spot welding, multiple heat sealing, cold setting and offline functions.
