Packaging bag 1. Simple production process of color bag:
a. The production process of color bag: the film is fed into the film for printing (there is a roller for each color when printing, and the engraving of the roller is concave engraving). During printing, the ink is flowing continuously because the ink will condense. A scraper is embedded in the ink printing and film printing. The scraper scrapes the ink from the protruding place of the plate roll, so that the concave plate roller can be printed. If there is dust on the scraper, there will be a strip of ink pollution. For the dot like ink pollution phenomenon is due to the ink splashing on the packaging film when the ink is rolling printing, resulting in the dot like ink pollution.
b. After the film is printed, it starts to composite. For the film produced by our company, the dry wet composite method is generally adopted, that is, the color printed film is coated with glue and then dried for 2 minutes, and then compounded with PE. The composite tension is 5.6kg. Our company uses two-layer composite bags.
c. Curing: it is used to cure the film after gluing. The main effect of curing is that the glue can be firmly adhered. Generally, it is cured at 50 ℃ for 24 hours. In fact, the composite membrane is stored at 50 ℃ for 24 hours. If the time and temperature do not meet the requirements, there will be a phenomenon of film lamination is not tight.
d. The cured film is then inspected. The inspection sample is to input the printed matter of the standard template into the computer, and then the cured film will pass through a white screen controlled by the computer. If the unqualified product appears, a black mark will be pasted on the film directly.

f. After cutting, the film is made into bags. The bag making process is to automatically bag a piece of film directly by the machine. During the process of bag making, the automatic edge sealing and pressing are carried out.

2. In the simple production process of white bag, polyethylene and color masterbatch are used to blow the film. In the whole blowing process, the temperature is very high when blowing film. It is easy to cause part of polyethylene directly dropping on the film, which causes the appearance of grains on the packaging bag. After blowing, the film is compounded, and the following production process is the same as the color bag. Therefore, the general grain appears on the white bag but not on the color bag mainly because of the different production process.

3. The main inspection items of packaging bag: specification, size, length, width, thickness, appearance, overprint error, color difference, peeling strength, heat sealing strength a, length and width are detected by a ruler, and the thickness is detected by a thickness gauge, and the detection method is the same as ours. b. The color difference is mainly checked with the standard seal sample, and the color difference should be consistent in the arm distance. In terms of color, at present, printing manufacturers also use a 50 times magnifying glass to carefully check the color of printed matter. Generally, the color is combined by one dot. If the color is not correct, the dot will appear irregular distribution. Generally, the dot is regular and the dot is circular. c. The check of overprint error is mainly visual inspection of the phenomenon of printing double image. d. The peeling strength and heat sealing strength are mainly tested by ags-5kng electronic universal testing machine. The testing principle is the same as that of our computer tensile tester. e. The detection of peel strength is mainly to cut the packaging bag into 15 mm baskets with a blade, and then fold the bag with a blade at one end, and then manually layer the bag. After laminating, the bag is clamped on one side of the tension meter on both sides, and then it can be operated with a computer tension meter. The peel strength can be tested. f. In addition, the manufacturer can also test the oxygen permeability of packaging bags. The detection instrument is mt-c1 constant temperature gas oxygen permeability test device. g. 4. Packaging bag material characteristics: A, nylon: to seal packaging, because nylon will absorb moisture when encountering air. The main characteristic of nylon is strong wear resistance and permeability, which is suitable for packing bone products. But nylon bags are easy to wrinkle and shrink. The thickness of nylon is generally 15um. b. Opp: slightly brittle, good air permeability and moisture permeability, poor tensile and barrier properties, relatively brittle handle. The thickness of OPP is generally 30um. c. PE: good tensile properties, good breaking force. There are opalescent PE (Matt) and transparent PE. It feels soft. d. Pet: good stiffness, good printing effect, suitable for outer packing bag. The handle is very crisp, and the rustling sound on the hand is very loud. The thickness of pet is generally 12um. e. CPP: good transparency. Note: the shrinkage of various materials is about 4% - 5%. Our company's packaging bags are generally nylon and PE composite. All kinds of materials have been sampled for backup as sealing samples.
5. Packaging bag material testing at present, the manufacturer can not test the material of the packaging bag, but after each batch of samples are compared with the standard sample, the second is to detect the thickness of various materials, breaking force and composite heat sealing strength. In terms of comparison samples, samples have been taken. For our packaging bags, we can use the method of Clause 3 and e to layer the bags and then compare them.
